How booking works
1. Build it
Pick your service, size and add-ons in the online configurator. The price updates as you go, so there are no surprises.
2. Send it
Add your date, your details and send. It takes about two minutes and there is no obligation.
3. We confirm
We come back with a firm price in writing and the slots we have available, and you pick one.
4. We clean
Our team arrives on time, works to the checklist, and tells you when it is done.
Before your first clean
- Clear away anything you would rather we did not move or handle
- Put away valuables, cash and personal documents
- Let us know about pets, alarm codes, parking and stairs
- Tell us if anything needs particular care or should be left alone
- You do not need to tidy for us, but less clutter means more time cleaning
