• Details about the property, such as size, condition and access arrangements
• Any photos you choose to send us

• To prepare an accurate quote
• To schedule and carry out the cleaning you have booked
• To contact you about your booking
• To keep records required for invoicing, tax and insurance
• To send you booking confirmations, reminders and follow-ups about work we are doing for you

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the members of our team who need it to carry out your clean, and with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host and our email provider. We may disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to one year. Where you become a client, we keep booking and invoicing records for seven years, which is the period Canadian tax rules require business records to be retained.
